Recipe method
  1. Using the selected ingredient quantities, season the raw chicken with the salt, black pepper, half the garlic granules, paprika and oregano.
  2. Blend the selected avocado, yogurt, coriander, remaining garlic granules and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Cook the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes until the thickest part reaches 75°C, then rest briefly and shred.
  4. Whisk the selected whole egg and egg whites. Each whole tortilla wrap weighs 50 g. Divide the egg mixture evenly between the wraps. Cook each wrap with its share of egg mixture until set, then flip. Repeat with the remaining mixture and wraps.
  5. Divide the cooked chicken batch, selected tomato and cheese evenly between the wraps. Fold and toast for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve with the selected green sauce.

Divide the finished dish evenly into 2 portions.Batch total: 1054 kcal

Method

  1. Season the 250 g chicken with 1 g salt, 2.3 g black pepper, 3.1 g garlic granules, 2.3 g paprika and 1 g oregano.

  2. Blend the 50 g avocado, 100 g yogurt, 10 g coriander, remaining 3.1 g garlic granules and 15 ml lime juice until smooth.

  3. Cook the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes until the thickest part reaches 75°C, then rest briefly and shred.

  4. Whisk the 100 g whole egg and 132 g egg whites. Pour half of the mixture, about 116 g, into the pan, place one 50 g wrap over it, allow it to set and flip. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture and second wrap.

  5. Divide the filling evenly between the wraps: each gets about 45 g tomato, 125 g cooked chicken and 20 g cheese. Fold and toast for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve with the measured green sauce.
