Method

  1. Mix oat flour, cocoa and protein powder in a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Stir in apple sauce, almond drink and vanilla until completely smooth.

  3. Microwave for 40 seconds, check, then cook in 5-second bursts only until the edge is set and the centre remains soft.

  4. Rest for 1 minute before eating; the bowl will be hot.
