Method

  1. Cook turkey rashers according to the pack.

  2. Pour beaten egg and whites into a non-stick pan; press the wrap onto the still-wet egg and cook until set.

  3. Flip so the wrap touches the pan, then cover one half with spinach, tomato, turkey, cheese and sriracha.

  4. Fold and toast both sides until crisp and piping hot.
