Method
Mash the banana directly in a lidded jar or food container.
Whisk the protein powder into the milk until smooth, then add it with the oats, yogurt, cinnamon and most of the walnuts.
Stir thoroughly, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
Stir before eating. Loosen with a splash of milk if needed, then add the reserved walnuts and optional banana.
